How to Register Account to Buy a High Speed Railway Ticket

Prerequisites

To complete the registration process, you need to prepare

  • An email address to receive notifications

Step 1: Download 12306 app or open the 12306 web page.

Search for “12306” in your phone’s app store (Google Play and App Store) and download the official 12306 app.

If you would like to use a web browser on your computer, you may consider accessing the registration page.

Step 2: Launch the app and set language to English

After installing the app, launch the app and set its language to English if is not already.

Foreign passport is designed to complete the registration in English version.

Step 3: Fill in the required fields to complete the registration process.
